1.Iron Stamped with soft Enamel
*Iron stamped enamelling is an ideal method for those designs which require a thinner surrounding metal rim and lower budget. This allows for design doloring after ortine cetting in which the process may damage the enamel arornd the cutting area.Clear epoxy Coating is then applied to the surface to protect the enamel from color fading and cracking.(Epoxy coating is optional and provided according to customer’s requirements.)
2.Brass Stamped with Soft Enamel
* Brass Stamped soft enamelling is an ideal method for those designs which require a thinner surrounding metal rim. This allows for design coloring after outine cutting in which the process may damage the enamel around the cutting the cutting area. Clear epoxy Coating is then applied to the surface to protect the enamel from color fading and cracking.(Epoxy coating is optional and provided according to customer’s requirements.)
3.Brass Photo Etching With Soft Enamel
*soft enamelling differs frm cloisonne in some respects. While both processes are performed by hand, soft enamelling uses enamels that can be mixed to create hundeds of colors corresponding to the pantone chart. Clear epoxy Coating is then applied to the surface to protect the enamel from color fading and cracking.(Epoxy coating is optional and provided according to customer’s requirements.)
4.Silk Screen Printing
*Silk-screen printing also callde laser printing,is applicable for designs that require printingand plating at the same time. Clear epoxy Coating is then applied to the surface to protect the enamel from color fading and cracking. We strongly recommend that printed articles be ordered with epoxy protection,in order to improve the lifetime and quality of the article.
5. Offset printing
*Offset printing is a perfect method for designs with gradual colors that make it difficult for customers to provide accurate arkwork, and for designs that other printing methods cannot handle.li is also more economical than silk-screen printing because it is non-Plated. Clear epoxy Coating is then applied to the surface to protect the enamel from color fading and cracking.(We strongly recommend that printed articles be ordered with epoxy protection,in order to improve the lifetime and quality of the articie.)
6.Imitation Cloisonne/Polymer
*The perfect process for the customer who requires high quality, reasonable price and a wider range of color choices.
*Enamel can be mixed to create hundreds of pantone color chart variations.
7.Cloisonne/Hard Enamel
*Cloisonne, developed by the Chinese over one thousand years ago is the ancient art of forming small cells,or’cloisons’,made of flat wire to form a design on a flat surface.
